Hello Glenbrook!

I am hoping that everyone is doing well. Today is a soggy one but the temperatures are definitely rising, which brings me immense joy. The Missions and Outreach Committee will be having special guests join Glenbrook on March 22nd. Scroll down for all the details and please join us. Until next week, please take care of each other and see you again next Friday.

MISSIONS AND OUTREACH COMMITTEE SPECIAL GUESTS -MARCH 22nd

Just wanted everyone to REMEMBER we have guests this Sunday from Shelter. Come and invite a friend to church. Ed and Brenda Stein will share photos, information and stories of the mission work of this Christian Home Building charity. Glenbrook has given funds at the recommendation of the Missions and Outreach Committee this past January. John Roe will join our guests in presenting the outcome of his and many other trips to El Salvador.

Following the service there will be a El Salvadorian themed lunch provided in the Hearth Room. The committee has put together a special menu so that we can all taste a bit of another country where God’s work is being accomplished.

‍GLENBROOK PRAYER CHAIN

This is just a reminder to folks that Glenbrook has prayer support available for its members and adherents online as well as after church on Sunday mornings. If you have a prayer request, you may email it to prayer@glenbrook.ca and it will be distributed to our team of "Prayer Warriors." Please include the exact wording you would like used in the request. If you are not currently a member of the prayer team and would like to join so you receive congregational prayer requests, please email Ward Pipher at wardpipher@rogers.com and he will add you to the team list.
