Hello Glenbrook!

The weeks always seem to fly by here at Glenbrook. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are always a hive of activity with ESL classes in full swing and our new Wednesday Bible Study group.  Yesterday the quilters were here, and the creations they make are absolutely beautiful; their skills are inspiring.  A reminder for the ladies of Glenbrook that tomorrow is the Women's Luncheon from 11:00 am- 2:00 pm.  A HUGE thank you to all of the Women’s Day Luncheon participants and those who helped plan and organize this event. We look forward to hosting more women’s events in the future.

Friendly reminder:  Please submit all "What's New?" announcements by Thursday evening at the latest. Thanks for you help!  Have a great week.

PASTORAL SEARCH UPDATE

The pastoral search committee has been meeting weekly over the past few months under the leadership of our interim moderator, Stephen Rothery and has conducted a number of candidate interviews, both in person and online. We have invited some candidates to return for second interviews, and these will begin later in April. While we continue to accept new applications, it is our hope that we will have a recommendation for Session's consideration at some point during the month of May. Please continue to pray for our team as we seek God's wisdom and discernment in this process.
